What inspection services do I need?
The level of quality control you need will vary depending on your business, your product, and your market requirements.

For most businesses, though, at the bare minimum, you’ll need a pre-shipment inspection. At Easy Imex, our pre-shipment inspection follows the following process to protect your order:

We’ll send one of our highly trained QC inspectors to the factory to select a sample batch of finished goods to be inspected. We will then check the product specifications have been met, international AQL standards have been met, and that the product packaging and labelling is done to your requirements.

The sample size is inspected against your standards and industry-determined criteria, referenced by a Quality Control checklist and approved samples, to determine if the product meets the your required expectations.

Our Quality Control inspector will complete a detailed report along with a pass or fail and we will send this over to you.

Finally, if the inspection is passed, we will arrange shipment. If the inspection for any reason fails, then according to the contract Easy Imex has in place, the manufacturer is forced to correct/reproduce the products. Once this happens, we will go back to the factory again (at no cost to you!) to again pass or fail the Pre Shipment Inspection.

Pre-production inspection: Inspections are conducted on the raw materials and components used in the mass production of your product. Pre-production inspections are useful in preventing the situation where your supplier substitutes cheaper raw materials and components into your products – a common problem in China.

Mid-production inspection: Mid-production checks determine whether production leads times are going to be met, and detect quality problems during production. Early detection allows for problems to be remedied before goods are completed, preventing costly delays in receiving your order.

Pre-shipment inspection: Pre-shipment inspections Determine the overall quality of your order following mass production. Pre-shipment inspections prevent the shipment of substandard, damaged, and no compliant goods.

Container load inspection: Container load inspections ensure that your products are loaded correctly into the shipping container and that the quantities are correct. We also inspect the sea container to make sure that each one is clean, structurally sound, and weatherproof.

Lab testing and compliance testing: Testing through ISO certified labs to ensure that your product meets all legal and safety requirements for your intended sales market.
Inspection Standards
Conformance Testing carried out by Easy Imex inspectors are tailored to your quality requirements and to the requirements of your destination market. All of our inspections utilise random sample techniques in accordance with the Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for random sampling, and inspection standard (ISO2859-1).
